Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges as most of are designs are made to order, or limited editions where there is not enough inventory to replace an item.

My package has not yet arrived, who do I contact?

This is a tricky one because as soon as your package leaves our facility, it is the shipping service's responsibility. There is nothing we can do until the package is returned to us, or deemed lost by the shipper. International orders seem to take the longest due to the customs process.

How long does it take to get my order?

If it is an item that is in stock, it will ship immediately and you will receive it in 1-3 business days. If it is a pre-order, it will ship out 2-3 weeks after the listed "Pre-Order Deadline".
