Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges as most of are designs are made to order, or limited editions where there is not enough inventory to replace an item. All sales are final and will only make exceptions if the customer is willing to pay for shipping to replace an item if we do have available inventory.

My package has not yet arrived, who do I contact?

This is a tricky one because as soon as your package leaves our facility, it is the shipping service's responsibility. There is nothing we can do until the package is returned to us, or deemed lost by the shipper. International orders seem to take the longest due to the customs process.

How long does it take to get my order?

If it is an item that is in stock, it will ship immediately and you will receive it in 1-3 business days. If it is a pre-order, it will ship out 2-3 weeks after the listed "Pre-Order Deadline".

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware of your customs' practices and what guidelines need to be followed regarding address requirements and duties. ALL NAMES & ADDRESSES HAVE TO BE IN ENGLISH. If your package is held in customs, it is out of our hands and we cannot take further action until the package is returned to us if there is an error on the customer's behalf. If the order is returned to us, there will be an additional shipping fee charged as we will need to reship the order if you choose to do so. Shipping fees are not refunded.
